The virtual GP benefit offers a wide range of practical healthcare features, including:
- Virtual consultations with a doctor, GP or nurse via audio or video
- Free nurse chat support for quick advice and guidance
- Digital prescriptions, referrals and medical certificates
- A built-in medication tracker to support treatment adherence
- Consultation updates and notifications for continuity of care

- The ability to add dependants for family healthcare access

How it works
Getting started is quick and straightforward. Employees download the Medicall Network Health App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or access it via the Medicall virtual GP Platform. After creating an account and verifying their details, users can log in and complete their scheme information.
Before booking a consultation, pre-authorisation is required through EEB’s support channels. Please note that all pre-authorisations must be obtained at least 15 minutes before the consultation. Once approved, employees can book a doctor, GP or nurse appointment directly in the app, selecting their preferred time and consultation method.
Additional support is also available through the in-app messaging function, and pharmacy integration ensures a seamless end-to-end experience from consultation to treatment.
